Yesterday was "Mad Monday" at training...our last Monday before our new training program begins! We celebrated with a competition involving various exercises with a partner...and nothing else! Some exercises proved to be quite enjoyable to watch...
The big winners were Tara and Mia, they got to stand atop the podium for the photo as their prize. The photo is a little bit hazy because of all of the sweat in the air...
Unfortunately, our current wall-sit champion, Brigitte, wasn't in attendance...so she wasn't able to see her record be beaten! Tara and Stef now hold the current title of 10:10.
Really good job to everyone who was there last night, see you for the new program next week!
