Team Toba Softball needs to send out a HUGE congratulations to Softball Manitoba President, Bill Finch, who was selected as Outstanding Volunteer of the Year at last weekend's Sport Manitoba Night of Champions. Bill is a huge part of the behind-the-scenes work at Softball Manitoba and a tireless promoter of our sport.
