Regina Tournament Recap

Last weekend Team Toba stormed into Regina to play in the annual Regina Senior Ladies Tournament- we went four years ago in 2013 and the whole thing was rained out, so we were happy to see the sunny skies and hot temperatures this year.  This trip also marked our third Toba photo at the Saskatchewan border sign!

Overall we had a great weekend, winning all six of our games including the A side final.  Saturday we were a bit short on numbers so thank goodness Coach Tara and Coach Hailey brought their cleats and gloves.  And bats...although Coach Tara forgot she had one at her first at bat :)

On Sunday we welcomed back Coach Haylee, Amber, Zoe and Cam from Jr. National Team camp in BC and life was amazing- we had subs on the bench!  It was great to play ball as a team outside in nice weather and in our new uniforms.  And we had so many parents there cheering us on, too!
