Homemade Ice Packs

Tired of ruining your mom's bag of frozen peas?  No access to snow past April or it's too cold to go outside to fetch some?  No cash to buy a spiffy new gel pack?

NO PROBLEM!

Here are a few ideas you can try to make your own ice pack...so that you can always have something on hand in the freezer to use after a tough training session or game.

Don't forget you always need to keep your ice on for 15-20 minute and if you're using a chemical gel pack you need to have a wet barrier (like a tea towel) between your skin and the gel pack to prevent frostbite.
