What position(s) do you play: Pitcher & 1st Base

What year are you in: Junior Year (Grade 11)

Nickname: Maddie


When you go to College, what do you want to study: Kinesiology, Physical Ed, or Sport Psychology

What advice have people given you about College: Do they have a pitching coach? Do they have a good training facility? Must be prepared to work hard to balance school with softball.

What are some of your softball dreams and goals:
Play for Team Canada
Play for a top NCAA University in Division 1
Win a Conference Title
Win NCAA Championship
Become a pitching coach for a softball team in the NCAA

What character trait do you value most in your teammates: Integrity (winning and losing with class, striving for excellence instead of settling for mediocrity and training yourself to do what is good and right on and off the field).  Hard work, dedication, & a mean competitive side

Who is your favorite athlete (or softball player): Jackie Traina & Sierra Romero

Favorite part of being involved with Team Toba : The Training “If you want to be successful at anything in life you need to work hard every single day.”

Other than softball, some of my other hobbies and passions are: Baking, Coupon clipping, Shopping

Other sports I have played are: Volleyball, Hockey, Cross Country

Most memorable sporting experience: Winning Canadian National Volleyball Championship

Where are you training right now? Omaha, Nebraska with the Nebraska Gold 18U

What is the coolest part about Nebraska? Going to watch the Nebraska Huskers Softball team play at University of Nebraska in Lincoln and meeting with the Huskers players after the games. Also, my pitching coach Ron Osborne – awesome teacher
