TK's Tasty Treats

TK brought some special treats to training at Southport last weekend and they were a huge hit!  Luckily she documented the process and gave us the recipe to post.

No-Bake NRG Bites

1 cup dry oatmeal
2/3 cup toasted coconut
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup ground flax
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/3 cup honey
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp vanilla
1 scoop protein powder

All you have to do is mix all the ingredients together and then start rolling.  They were a great energy boost before and during our practice session...even the coaches got into them :)
