Here is the long-awaited follow up to Coach Niki's first nutrition post from a couple of weeks ago! This recipe doesn't have a fancy name, but it's super easy to make and is really tasty. It is also a great choice as a post-workout snack, because it combines protein, carbs and a bit of sugar, similar to what chocolate milk provides. You can make it ahead of time and grab it on the run after your workout, or even slice it up and serve it on a plate if you want to get fancy :)
What you need:
- tortilla (preferably whole grain or whole wheat), 8" or 10" is best
- peanut butter
- Nutella
- banana

Spread peanut butter and Nutella on the two halves of the tortilla. |

Peel the banana and lay it down on one side. |

Roll up the tortilla around the banana. |

Enjoy! Nom, nom, nom. |
