Congratulations to Sam Fossay...Sport Manitoba Athlete of the Month!

Sam was recently selected as Athlete of the Month by the Performance Centre trainers.  Here is what they had to say about her selection!

"Sam has shown amazing dedication to her program over the last 3 months.

She has regularly attended her team sessions with Manitoba Softball, and

also comes in for an additional individual session once a week. Her hard

work has really started to pay off for her speed and agility work. All of her

trainers and coaches have noticed considerable improvements in her

sprinting speed and technique, as well as her overall athleticism.

On top of this, she is a delight to coach in her conditioning sessions – she is

always focused, always ready to do what needs to be done, and never

complains. Congratulations Sam, we’re very proud of the work you’ve done

so far, and we can’t wait to see what the future has in store for you."
