It was chilly at training this weekend...but we were all very happy that the rain stayed away! On both Saturday and Sunday mornings we had a biomechanist come out out and watch the girls' running technique and give them some things to work on...thanks for the tips, Dana, and sorry the puppies and babies were a bit of a distraction for group two on Sunday...
Next up is our final training weekend this fall, we're off to Saskatoon on Friday to play some games against teams in the Canadian Collegiate Softball Association! Of course there will be tons of pics to follow :)
