Congratulations!

This posting is well overdue, but this summer there were some outstanding Manitoban performances at Canadian and Western Canadian Championships!  Congratulations to all who competed and represented our province on the diamond, no matter where you placed you should be very proud of your accomplishments.  Not everyone gets to represent Manitoba playing ball!

There were a couple of stand-out performances...the first was by the U14 Smitty's Terminators Y2K, who were the champions of the 2014 U14 Canadian Fastpitch Jamboree held in White Rock, BC.  The team was coached by Holly Kitchen, who has helped us over the summer with our WCSG team tryouts, and we're happy to say that we have a couple of her players in our current pool of athletes!

The second was by the Pimicikamak Thunder boys softball team, who won gold at the U16 Western Canadian Softball Championships in Duncan, BC.

Congratulations from Team Toba!
